Protecting your data

How Scopio processes the personal data of Customers and Service Providers on the scopio.pl platform.

01Data controller

The data controller is Denys Hritsanov Scopio, ul. Biskupia 6/4, 50-148 Wrocław, Poland, NIP 8971961798. Data protection contact: growmebusiness.pl@gmail.com.

02Scope of data processed

Depending on how you use the Platform, we process: your approximate location (with your consent, to find nearby services), the content of the voice and text requests you send to the AI agent, contact details you submit through the contact form (name, email, message), and technical data (IP address, device type, language preference).

03Purpose of processing

We use this data to: search for and present Service Providers near you, forward your request to the Service Provider you choose, handle enquiries sent through the contact form, and keep the Platform running correctly.

04Legal basis (GDPR)

Processing is based on: the necessity to perform the search-and-connect service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), your consent — e.g. to location access or cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)), and the controller's legitimate interest in the security of the Platform (Art. 6(1)(f)).

05Sharing data

We share your request and the contact details necessary to fulfil it only with the Service Provider you selected. Data may also be processed by our infrastructure providers: hosting (Vercel), database (EU region), and — if you use online payments — our payment processor (Stripe). All partners operate in compliance with GDPR.

06Retention period

Data linked to a single request is kept for as long as needed to fulfil it, then for up to 12 months for statistical and security purposes. Messages sent via the contact form are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact.

07Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data (Art. 15), rectify it (Art. 16), erase it (Art. 17), restrict processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and object to processing (Art. 21). Send requests to: growmebusiness.pl@gmail.com.

08Cookies

The Platform uses essential cookies (e.g. remembering your language, cookie consent) and, with your consent, analytics cookies. You can manage cookies in the consent banner or in your browser settings.

09Complaints

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, www.uodo.gov.pl.
